    Please help. Cannot get reg code. not in TV Portal or Menu. How do I get it to be able to watch catch up/on demand. Its driving me mad, 2 weeks of trying.

    Reg code is not necessary to watch catch up, only needed if you also register at myhumax.net.

    Is the unit connected to your network successfully?
