    Hi folks,

    The volume on my 1100s operates correctly when viewing a SD channel, but when on a HD channel, the volume slider moves on screen but makes no difference to the actual output. Just to confirm, this is the volume control on the Humax unit itself, and not on my TV.

    Am I missing something or is it just a trick to keep me switching remotes?

    Welcome to our Forum :-)

    Try changing the digital audio output setting to stereo in picture and sound menu.
