Just had one of these press the info button thinking it would tell me why. Just says Recording Failed!
Apart from the occasional reboot because no recordings listed I have minimal issues. Anyway of findings out why the recording failed?

If you tell us what the recording was, we might have some sort of chance of giving an answer
Was the programme recorded as series or a one off ?
Do you have padding options set or are using auto (accurate recording) ?
Without this sort of information, how would we know ?
If a member recorded the same programme without issue, it could be a local issue, if they also had a problem it may be a broadcaster issue.
If it was a broadcast from a channel with regional variations that may also be relevant, so post the local region.

Though the question was more aimed at my surprise of the lack of information on the humax as to what the issue was, ironically my post was just as bad!
