Had recurrent problems with 1010S unreliability, particularly when trying to use it via HDMI Splitter.

Just bought a new 1100S – same problem. Works OK with one TV which is in a separate room – via a powered HDMI/CAT6/HDMI link.

As soon as I use a powered HDMI 1-2 splitter so as to have 2 TV’s accessible (2nd one is just HDMI directly into the splitter), the picture on the TV on CAT 6 erratically blips off for 1 second and then comes back. Sometimes it goes 10 mins without a problem and then blips a few times. The 1010S was the same.

My DVD player when using the same set up works perfectly on both TVs, all of the time.
