Our Humax 1010s has started to have problems with iplayer. When going to on demand or trying to watch a program from the start on any BBC channel the Humax gets stuck at a black screen with ‘loading iplayer’ barely visible in the middle of the screen.

All the other on demand services work fine(itv, 4od etc). I can sometimes get the iplayer working by disconnecting the network cable or turning the box on and off, but this doesnt always work.

Can anyone suggest what might be causing this?
