Hi hope someone can help, I have purchased a 1000t 4tune and after watching a recording and going to delete it the machine locks up or freezes I am using the Jan 2016 update s/w.

We do not have the 1000T 4 tune in UK, so unfortunately not much in the way of advice except make contact with Humax Australia:
