Hello all.
Can anyone please tell me how to configure my new humax 1000s remote with a tv. I know the codes just wondering which buttons to press and hold etc.

Unfortunately you cannot do this with the HDR 1000S remote.

This lack of functionality is a bit of a deal breaker for me, and i suspect quite a few other people. Does anyone know if any future firmware updates might enable this?

I suspect that the reason for it not being multifunction is the large amount of support calls generated due to another function being selected. They are inexpensive to buy anyway, hardly a deal breaker when you get that great picture quality.

You can of course use either the Foxsat HDR, or HDR T2 remotes if you are used to them.

I was not aware that the T2 remote would be compatible with the 1000s box, that’s very interesting to know, thanks.
