InactiveIf I select Ch11 on my TV that’s what I get. The Signal comes through the Hummy to the TV but if I try for the same channel through the Hummy it tells me the signal is too weak Since it’s the same aerial I can’t understand why. It is Sky Arts and the Hummy recognises it as such but tells me it can’t receive it. Any thoughts?

If you tune to 19 Dave and bring up the signal test what does it say the signal strength and quality is ?

Do you have channel numbers in the 800’s in your epg ?
If so is there a Sky arts on a different channel number ?
Do you know which is your best transmitter ?

InactiveNo 800s. Bluebell Hill is the transmitter. It is famously rubbish but I will try a manual retune. Many thanks.

InactiveYou should need to retune UHF Channel 43 for Sky Arts on Bluebell Hill. That is ARQ-A. Try checking the quality reading on that channel first.

InactiveHave triad retuning manually but tv picks up the stations while gummy identifies them but says “sigma alpha too weak”. Amazing as the tv signal is fed through the humax. Thanks for all your help anyway.
Cheers chaps

InactiveHere’s a thing. Just retuned again and everything now ok, just as I was about to send it back. Thanks for all your help but looks to me like some sort of intermittent fault. I noticed, doing a signal check in Settings, that the list says Tuner 1 100% but zeros for Tuners 2 and 3. Haven’t a clue what this signifies- has anyone?

InactiveThe great big FAQ section on the front page of this forum.

InactiveI don’t see anything there. If you know the answer perhaps you can tell me. Is that a problem?

InactiveYeah, right. Still can’t see it and just hoping someone on here knows the answer, since you obviously don’t.

InactiveWhat do you get when you click on the My Humax logo at the top left of the screen?
Or when you click on the link I have given you?
And plenty of people (including me) know the answer, otherwise I wouldn’t know that the answer is in the FAQ’s.
