All of a sudden my recorder keeps putting up the page to agree the privacy policy whilst watching playback but will not let me to tick agree. When I try to the unit seems to freeze. Why?
A message appears bottom,centre of the screen inviting me to approve privacy policy etc. Ghosted behind this is the full page I a blank tick Box is visible. Pressing OK on the message panel clears everything only to come back soon after and so we cycle around. When it does clear and I go into settings the page will not open to allow me to tick the box.
Don’t think tv is causing it. When watching TV straight, no problem. When watching or playing back from Humax the problem occurs and it is Humax remote I need to respond.
Latest update is that it still happens on a different tv. Noticed that Players won’t come up when selected and it seems that the WiFi connection keeps dropping. In Settings it says connection is made but looses it when I leave the page, so is that the cause of the other problem?
