InactiveIf I am remembering correctly, slide down the cover on the remote and its the button that looks like a rectangle with a line at the bottom.
First button second row down.

InactiveHello again. That button turns subtitles off but as soon as I change channel, turn TV off then on etc they are back on. It’s really annoying

InactiveIn that case you need to go into the settings menu and disable them from there.

Try MENU button>Preferences>Language Setting>Subtitle

InactiveMartin is correct, the setting you need to change is in the language sub category.
