My Humax box has failed 5 times in the last 2 hours. Driving me nuts. Disconnects from the broadband router and knocks that out at the same time. Fed up with having to re-boot. Humax needs to get this sorted.
Whilst watching BT vision I get an error message telling me I’m not connected to the internet. Then the broadband light on my router flashes orange. Have to keep switching router off and on and same with the Humax box. Apart from this box often freezes and will not respond to remote commands. Again the off and on scenario. Really gets tiresome and frustrating.
I suggest trying a different router if available. How is the Youview box connected to the router? Ethernet? Wi-Fi adaptor? Homeplugs?
