Checked the HDR 1100S again as stated in post #9 same results as before.
I have seen ‘no items’ displayed before, but only for 2 seconds or so before results are displayed.

Checked a HDR 1100S and search appears to be working as intended, will leave on and check again in an hour or so.

It is an HDR-1100s. Is that sufficient or do you need the Device ID ?

Just tried search on a HB 1100S and it appears to be working, will try a HDR 1100S shortly.

Hello all
my fvp5000t is sometimes getting stuck in standby mode when its left for a while (usually overnight) the only way to get it to come on is to unplug the power and reconnect.
Any others have this problem?
I’ve noticed this too. But the light will go blue with no video/sound output to tv. Press various remote buttons and nothing happens.
Whilst Graham has posted one suggestion…evidence would appear to indicate a CEC handshake problem….
You could try checking this option on your TV, and/or switch off CEC on same see if that helps.

For the avoidance of any doubt 5Ghz is supported, I’ve just disabled 2.4 on my super hub and connected a 5000T without issue.

How do I obtain this User Code? Is it the default security pin of 0000 is this something I make up etc?
Any advice would be helpful.
It is the code you use on the unit, when for instance factory reset, deleting a locked recording etc…the default is 0000(4 zeros) unless you have changed it.

If you retune a unit then schedules have always been removed.
If you used smart retune then as per FAQ:
The Smart option will retune keeping your recording schedule and favourites intact for those mux/channels/LCN’s that remain unchanged, ie identical to previously stored . If the Mux or LCN is changed the then any associated recording schedule and/or favourites will be removed.

Tried a reset but no joy.
The Freeview Play button is a FVP. headed page but it has across the lower half ON DEMAND–TV GUIDE–RECORDING–MEDIA. At the bottom there is a row of Apps. starting with NETFLIX!
The ON DEMAND is also a FVP. headed page. Top row are the “iPlayers” and the two lower rows Humax Apps. The NETFLIX button is what is it is.
The slow button response is slightly better if I quickly press each button.
Must have been designed by a committee.
