I’ll hazard a guess at Youview forum, and they rubbished the FVP as being reportedly slow 🙄
However I’ll concede it is probably better to stick with the UI you are used to.

I have just tried with numerous SD channels and everything worked as expected.

Just tried a few on the main channels, selecting HD and SD option, timers set without issue.
Can you post an example programme you are having trouble with so I can test further.

Which model FVP 4000T or 5000T?
Not witnessed similar, but will try to replicate on both models.
DTR T2000 – Is, as you guessed, a YouView product.
FVP 5000T – Is the latest Freeview Playback product (not Youview)
Still receiving registration requests with problematic email addresses
So I’ll stick this to top of Forum for the weekend.
Just tried and get same result…will send report to Humax Towers tomorrow.

I bet the problem lies with the broadcaster not identifying the split programme with correct crid coding…

Not witnessed similar on either of my 4000T – to date.
Another member suggested the following…
Players menu, highlight the i top right of screen, press + and then confirm to delete cookies.
