    From selecting Portal to playback of a BBC iplayer stream takes approx 40 seconds for me. Never had a playback stop before the end, and have played numerous streams back to back without issue.

    Cannot comment on skyplayer 😉

    Lately I am not getting as many errors as originally, especially when using the arrows to check episodes etc. So it may be worth having another look, if only to satisfy yourself that ITV have improved it somewhat.

    By all means submit more reports if you want to, the more the merrier.

    Have you tried the LG codes listed under DVD, and Receiver?

    Welcome to the Forum :-)

    The codes should be listed in the back of your manual, however we have PDF’s for the 2 versions of remote control in use.

    5* and 5 USA have data missing, spotted yesterday, but did not report – why don’t broadcasters ever check this themselves ❗

    C4 have acknowledged the issue and passed onto their engineering dept.

    Can understand fully why you came to your conclusions Raydon, and that you were not knocking Humax, indeed I passed the info you posted onto Humax towers as soon as it appeared.

    Glad we can discuss these issues like adults, and with a bit of humour, not like some of the ramblings in other places :-)
