Just tried 2 different brand new 1TB HDD and both formatted in next to no time, sorry did not time it exactly, but under 3 minutes for Desktop versions of.

Skyplayer is still on the radar, the delay currently is not of Humax making. As for the BBC iplayer speed, wait for the next release, and compare.

I have used a powered hub, connecting a portable HDD and the wireless dongle without issue.

Todays change 809 JML Cookshop changed to JML Choice. The auto version channel names edited to match exactly those displayed in List. (Hoping to automate the process of finding what’s changed

Your AV set up sounds as complex as my Network setup to get half dozen or so Humax boxes, in different rooms, connected using powerline, network switch, and wifi dongle
Have you tried with the T2 disconnected/unplugged from the network, just to eliminate that causing your laptop problem.

Thanks all, that’s one for tommorow I need to dig out the router manual (It’s a Linksys by the way). Any ideas why the portal does nothing.
If you are definitely using version 1.02.18 then the portal should load, albeit some report slowly, and present you with the options I detailed earlier.
