I take it this is the profile you want to keep, I can deal with the other one once you confirm.
PM is top right hand side of Forum.

ModeratorChalk and cheese is the phrase that comes to mind when comparing the 9200 with the HDR T2.
Chasing playback is in fact playing a timer from the recorded programmes list, whilst it is still recording.
What you refer to is TSR – Time Shifted Recording, or playing back from the buffer, I do not use the unit in that way so cannot comment on that.
Losing timers from list, or failing to record those that are listed does not happen on the HDR T2 if you have it set up correctly ie tuned to one transmitter – caveat broadcaster errors accepted. The only failed timer I have experienced is when the programme was not broadcast.

Having had a quick look at the manual, I suspect the HDR 5200c will only record from inbuilt tuners, but stand to be corrected if anyone has definite info.

ModeratorAs the IPTV services are not supported, I would recommend that channels 110 thru 116 are deleted to save users from experiencing the problems highlighted in this thread.
If you should inadvertently view 116, and have ethernet connected to your unit, then placing into standby for approx 15 seconds and then on again appears to clear the problem.

ModeratorThis is the info I received from Humax Towers a moment ago, re my earlier post and your query.
1. Product is at least 10 years old.
2. Check they have the RS-101P remote
3. The sequence you gave them is correct
a. Make sure they are in the STB STATUS menu (with the h/w, s/w details, etc)
b. Make sure they press each button firmly (RED, GREEN, YELLOW, BLUE, WHITE, 0) – WHITE is the timer button and it is the number 0
After the above the message “PIN Code is reset <OK>” should appear.

ModeratorThe 9150 only has green and red led”s
The 9200 as you are aware can dim over time.
The 9300 has a display with the same info as the 9200, mine have not dimmed over time.

You could try pressing the following sequence of keys:
Menu
Setup (might be Installation)
Status
STB status
Red, Green, Yellow, Blue, White, and 0 (zero)
If that does not work, I’ll try and get more info tomorrow.

It has been reported that the HHD test ‘hangs’ as in #1 when testing a 2TB drive
For accuracy 2TB HDD and customised firmware.

ModeratorAh – If I remember correctly brian you have an ADB that uses 3 digit codes, ie has not been relabelled, perhaps that is the one working for you?
Edit – found the post now:

Barry
ModeratorNot with the 4 x ADB 1.0 remotes I have.
