If no one else records the programme on a 9300 then obviously the lack of response is not surprising.
I have set this to record on the 6th May as a test.

Tis a bit hit and miss sometimes.
Do you get as far as the PVR button staying Red, if not then you are just not getting the OK and 0 buttons pressed at exactly the same time.
I had to persevere for a while with one of my Foxsat HDR’s
Believe you have a 1TB unit – there have been a few reports that these are noisy.
You could try re-format via the menu’s when convenient, otherwise raise your concerns with Humax Support, if for nothing else then to log the issue.

Data missing for all C4 group of channels from early morning Saturday 28 April.
Message sent to C4.
Edit: C4 have acknowledged, and passed onto engineering dept.
I have many different usb pendrives, all work without a problem.
Kingston, Integral, Corsair, SanDisk, Mymemory, ranging in size up to 16GB.
To update, with unit in standby, connect pendrive to front usb socket, touch and keep touching the stby indicator on front of unit until upload commences, works everytime.
Note – If you have a usb HDD connected to rear port for archiving etc, try switching that off before upload.
1. Just available to download at the moment.
2. No news on an OTA as yet.
3. You have no option with standard Humax software.

Menu, Settings, System, System Information, then press
RGYBGYB ignore the no entry icon on screen – Display Crid – Enable
Consec timers on same channel can be a problem for a couple of reasons.
Try leaving the box on, when consecs are due to record, that will help.
