ModeratorNot due to the last update. It started not long after the youtube app launched.
All parties involved are investgating the issue, no timescale as to when it will be fixed.
Barry
ModeratorThat is not firmware, but a reset file should users experience issues with on demand, it might help, but I suspect a HDD problem, you may have to reformat.

Not sure I have ever seen the picture/sound settings graded out.
I would start with a Factory Reset, see if that improves matters.
Barry
ModeratorTime to end this constant bickering.

You have the latest software, loader isn’t but that is not of any significance.
Barry
ModeratorAs I understand it:
Only firmware that has passed SQE testing will get loaded at factory.
There can be a number of reasons as to why it is not released to all. Changes in production require a tweak in firmware, later version already in beta etc etc.
Barry
ModeratorYes of course you can
Barry
ModeratorCrid data not available on the SD recorders, you can reset password via secret menu – different coloured button combination, details in FAQ
Barry
ModeratorSimilar schedule tonight, timings slightly different but 3 programmes on BBC2, 3, 4.
Try and set an SD series timer on BBC2 programme and get an almost blank page where I think it should be listing the conflicts, no lock up though.
Good spot by OP as this scenario would not occur often.
I’ll pass details onto Humax Towers soonest.

ModeratorExample of what I stated earlier
102 BBC2 – 2230-0200
106 BBC3 – 2230-0000
107 BBC4 – 2255-0000
Different programme crids, but same series crid so 3 way conflict.
Not sat in front of a G2 at the mo so cannot check what happens, will search for more examples when I am and try and set timers.
Barry
ModeratorOnly had a quick glance at this so far….
Think the problem is the Series Crid data is the same across channels BBC2, BBC3, BBC4 at least, so causing multiple conflicts

Don’t panic, the T1010 is listed as T1000 in device info.
The box should clearly state the HDD size.
HD should be on 101, 102, 103, and 104
Barry
ModeratorHave been running 1TB at over 90% for a number of weeks checking out auto delete, which is also performing as it should.
Barry
ModeratorPoints to the YV unit being the problem?
