    Welcome to the Forum :-)

A1. Used both does not seem to matter, support response re dolby is nonsense.

A2. Again I have used a usb 3.0 without issue.

A3. Used both, currently on long term test with powered 3 TB HDD, but when testing USB powered drive(s) no issues detected.

Do not see that using the box as intended would affect warranty, and more to the point how are Humax going to prove otherwise.

    Wrong menu…

You have to be in non freesat mode from System settings, highlight transponder and then RGYBGYB

You can return to freesat mode via the Home menu

    Welcome to the Forum :-)

If you mean on the internal HDD then:

Press Media, if contents of internal HDD are not listed then press Blue, and highlight HDD and press OK

    Highlight folder and press OK

Scroll to required programme, when highlighted press OK.

If you are happy that your network is all OK.

You could try uploading the default file, which wil rest unit to factory condition, see bottom file on this page – Link

    Thanks Martin and Biggles.

With an attitude like that you won’t get much sympathy, however in an effort to help have you could try the default file which will reset your unit to factory condition:

I think your only option is to contact Humax Support for advice.

    Welcome to the Forum :-)

Paused live tv – if remained paused for approx 3 minutes a screen saver in the form of a digital clock should appear, pressing play twice should start playback again.

No issues with channel number and info banner that I am aware of.

No software updates have been released publically for the HDR 2000T as yet, what software version does your unit have uploaded?

Unit has to be on for it to be visible on other devices.

That would suggest to me that the remote sensor on the unit is not working.

Unless anyone else has an idea, I would contact supplier for an exchange.

    Welcome to the Forum :-)

    Remote and unit code mis-matched?

    Clutching at straws I know.

With unit on, remote pvr button pressed, then try pressing 0(zero) and OK together for a few seconds, PVR button on remote should light up and a message appear on screen re changing the remote code, press any number from 1 to 6 then OK.

A 2TB HDD appears to work ok – caveat formatted using a HD T2 as having some issues with easeus programme.
