I’m told that is a flash memory issue and cannot be resolved.
Suggest you contact retailer for exchange.
If a series link option is presented when you try and set the episode scheduled for 5 July, then no, I think not.
I think I viewed the data for that programme yesterday, and the series link info was missing at the time. it is now present for the programme on 5 July, and I can set a series timer.
A factory reset does not affect programmes already recorded (as long as you do not enable the format option that appears as part of the process)

Another member reported similar just recently with their Big Brother series timer, a factory reset appears to have fixed the issue.
If you can post details of programme, then I’ll try setting a timer.
Whilst the Panasonic freetime TV is a good suggestion the EPG can be pitifully slow to display, and jump forward/back etc comparing to a freesat unit. It will give you an idea of what it looks like though.

You need to find the HDMI CEC setting on your TV and turn it off.
Dependant on model of TV it could be called:
Panasonic – viera link
Samsung – anynet
Philips – easylink
Toshiba – regza link

Discussing the merits of freetime boxes.
Believe remotes with stb/tv are being shipped with HDR 10×0 units now, but will have to double check on Monday.
Graham, have checked all channels, 2 more for your list:
Both moved to 11680 V
Chan 777 Insight
Chan 790 TWR
Similarly Graham, and apologises for the editing on the fly, these TV channels have moved.

Have all moved to same transponder 11584 H
Definitely no pop up for all these changes. When I get a minute will go through the whole list of channels and check.
Perhaps time to shut down my V13 unit?

You can pause and rewind live TV as long as you have buffer record switched on in General settings/recording menu.
See FAQ for HDD’s I have tested so far.
It is up to freesat to provide the list of changes/updates, however as they do not appear to be interested I will go out on a limb, but don’t quote me on this:
• Fixed the trailer booking flashing issue.
• Removed the shadow effect when pausing / play bar on screen.
More then that I cannot comment on at this time.
