I once had a problem with remote response to sky+, TV, Humax kit as well as Panasonic…..turned out to be the wireless router I was using in the same room. I moved the router a few inches and hey presto all kit now responding.

So what is the reported software version number now?
It’s the version number shown at the start of the thread: App Version: IKFAC 1.01.06, Loader Version: UKTFAC 1.04.

Puzzled by your reports because this version has definitely not been OTA nor are there any current plans for it to be.
Has box been connected to LAN at all since software was released?
Can’t comment on CRB for freetime yet.
I didn’t miss the fact that James has HDR 1000S.
I did ponder moving this to the YV section, but decided instead just to advise YV owners of the phased rollout, should they read this thread.
Checked out youtube first thing this morning and again now on my HB 1000S, no problems encountered.
Anyone else with a HB 1000S care to try?

Channels in the 800 range is and indicator of being to tuned to more then one transmitter which can cause problems.
