Live TV crashes when clicking the app. Freeview settings crashes after clicking from the settings menu. Live TV worked yesterday, updated this morning and it’s not.
Any ideas?
No problems reported by the closed group who have had software a little longer then the open group.
Try restarting apps.
Freeview Play, scroll to power button symbol top of screen, press OK, highlight Restart Apps, press OK

I’m (still?) on firmware 9.14 (non-beta) but I’ve had the three app updates yesterday.
Is this correct?
Yep as you are part of the ‘app’ beta group.

Odd; I received the updates yesterday but had previously understood I wasn’t part of the beta. But it’s showing an update as 14/6 to version 9.14.
Happy to be part of it though!
The beta version is 09.21. There may have been an app update for everyone.
Negative, app update is for members who asked to be part of that beta group.

Any idea how long for public release Barry? Hoping my recording audio dropouts will be fixed with this.

No info as to when at the moment.
There will be a minor firmware update (version 09.21) later along with 3 app updates, more details in new thread(s) when I know it is available to testers.

May sound daft but bare with me – Street Light?
Many moons ago when I moved into a new build had a similar problem, after a few days realised it was when adjacent street light turned on each evening. Contacted local authority and they had an engineer on site next day. He replaced all the cabling then asked me to monitor as he switched it on/off a number of times…problem solved
1.31.20 is the version on mine, and no update available when checking for latest.
• Is unit definitely connected to internet.
• Contact Humax Support see if they can provide you software and instructions for update via usb.
I am not in front of my unit using public release software at the moment but iirc that is not the latest, should be 5 May.
Check for update notification on home screen, or via settings device preferences, about, system update.
