InactiveAnybody having problem with scrolling back to previous days on the TV Guide? Mine shows all the programmes, but all have an ‘available soon’ against them until I go back to last Monday.

ParticipantSame on mine (I checked BBC1 HD). Better half watching CH 4 at moment. Can you get the content using the On Demand menu ?

InactiveYep, on demand ok. I disconnected from my modem and re-connected, no help whatsoever.

Freesat server issue ?
May 16, 2015 at 7:34 pm #61700Anonymous
InactiveThe fact that we both appear to have the same issue does point towards the server. Maybe time to be patient and see whether things right themselves, especially as ‘on demand’ appears to be working. I would be interested to see whether anyone else has noticed this.

InactiveYes, though only on the BBC channels. So it might be a BBC issue.

InactiveYou’re absolutely right, I hadn’t checked other channels apart from BBC. Really weird that On demand works on the BBC! Regardless, there is not a lot I can do about it seemingly.

InactiveThough it looks like a BBC-specific problem, Freesat should be taking an interest. Let us hope someone at Freesat has noticed by now, but in case they haven’t it might be worth contacting them.

InactiveThe app EPG also.
According to downdetector there were reports of an iPlayer outage just before 5pm yesterday.

Could it be that the Freetime EPG is still showing effects from this outage?
Hello Freesat? Anybody watching the shop?

I had a chunk of the BBC home page not being available yesterday but I was able to get easy access to the new home page the Beeb are pushing. I don’t have a clue whether its related or not however.
