    Hi, I am SURE I have read in promotional stuff that you can transfer recording from the Humax disc to an external hard drive (SD only) I have an 1100 and cannot see a way to do it! Plug in the external disc and it gets recognised… and that seems to be that! Should the external disc be formatted FAT32?

    Transfer of recordings not possible on HDR 1000/1010/1100.

    Hi Barry, thank you for the incredibly speedy response. rather what i figured… So external HDD/USB only good for replaying media from another source?
