Ive been doing all my Channel retunes of late on the Smart option on Humax 5000T to keep all my scheduled programmes onboard(as prompted).I could not get Smithonian channel(99) on Humax, channel blocked/unavailable,even though on my TV OK so signal OK.

Did a default retune this morning. Channel 99 now comes on OK but lost programme schedule,thats easy put back.

So it seems to me there is a difference to between a Smart retune and default retune.
