moved house. set up box , remote wont work but lights up ,tv picture only with buttons on box on screen message apps press ok but cant because no remote tried you know what
Take out the batteries and hold down the power button to discharge internal capacitors. Replace batteries and try again.

Check the box hasn’t switched to a different IR mode.

tried that on both remot ,wont even show upon screen i think box stuck in boot,
but got picture tried combinations on remote and box
Have you tried a full power disconnect to the box then back on again after a little while?

Are you sure there is no other IR signals ‘swamping’ your Humax? Try getting in close and sheilding the remote with a cardboard or plastic tube.
1 box 1 tv up close no good , i think needs dropping great hight
Take a photo of the remote while pressing a button with a phone camera. If it’s emitting infra red you should be able to see it.
