    Can anyone advise on this annoying problem.

    When the box starts up it gets stuck on the Home screen page for over 4 minutes with the last viewed TV channel playing but unable to use the remote or do anything with i. You just have to wait. It’s been like this since I bought it. I know that there’s meant to be a slow start up, but surely this is excessive. I have tried a factory reset to no avail.

    Welcome to our Forum :-)

    Whilst I appreciate you have stated the remote has no effect.

    Try pressing exit, this should return to live tv, full screen.

    Just timed mine from on to accepting Exit. 38 Seconds.

    Something must be not quite right.
