When pressing the home button and then selecting the players screen is completely blank background picture dims any one having the same issue
Does the network option in settings confirm your box has a IP address ? How is it connected to your broadband router. ?
Hi Graham it’s a LAN connection to the router and yes it is showing a IP address have noticed the netflix app is missing from the screen you see at the first press of the home button
I have the same problem, left it for a while and the players screen came up but no players just greyed out?
Reset it and now privacy policy etc won’t show to accept do won’t connect ggrrrr
I had the same problem last night and could not watch any YouTube so had to use my AppleTV instead.
Not only is the players screen blank and privacy settings as others have said, but the YouTube icon has gone from the list of players visible at the bottom of the screen when you press the FreeviewPlay button.
I have done plug pull, reset etc and still no joy.
This really is a flaky piece of kit!
