    I would like to combine two Humax boxes, stacked or side-by-side and need to know how I go about locking the remotes to each box, the remotes both control either box and I cant have that! I just want each remote to only control the box it came with. Hope this is possible…

    Both boxes are:

    HDR-1010S

    Foxsat HD

    Very simple. Simply press the OK button on your Foxsat remote for approx.10 secs plus & you will hopefully get a message on tv screen: then select 1, 2, 3 etc to change remote setting, so remote only works on foxsat. You can ALSO do the same instead on teh Freetime PVR. Don’t do both, as you will be back to suare one! Trust this helps you. Good luck.

    forgot to mention also press “0” at same time as “ok”. Hopefully you have all info needed. Good luck.

    Excellent info guys! Got both boxes installed, both remotes locked down. So far so good :)
