My Humax HDR1100s for no apparent reason gives a blank screen on the Tv for 5 seconds then plays for a while and then does the same, dosn’t matter if we are watching TV on Freeview or Freesat.
Any thoughts?
Try setting it to output a constant resolution say 1080p (good upscaler), perhaps also try a different HDMI socket.

This is confusing. If you’re watching Freeview and the screen goes blank, does it then switch to the Humax Freesat or does it resume on Freeview?
