Hi all, I hope someone can help me. My machine seems to have got very slow when moving around menus, selecting items, etc. It can take a 3-5 seconds just to move from one menu item to another. If I turn it off an on, it solves the problem, and reverts to a normal speed, but within a day, it slows to a crawl again.

Anyone know why this is happening, and what i can do about it?
