Hello my remote won’t work…I have taken the batteries out, only had the box three months I can change it from the main big but not the remote ? Any help appreciated
Welcome to our Forum
Take the batteries out and press 0 and OK for 30 seconds.
Then try recoding the remote as per our FAQ

I have done that, but now what is happening is the TV guide comes on the TV I can scroll down but it doesn’t show any programmes ?? Now or next etc…it’s just blank bar the BBC 1 ITV etc…..??? Can you help ?
Using the remote key in 106 and press OK.
Leave until EPG populates.
If it does not then post again.

Have you actually fitted new batteries? There have been reports that the batteries Humax are currently supplying with remotes don’t last very long.
