    Hi, just set up my HDR-1000S and everything is fine, except Freesat ID. When I try to generate the code by going Settings -> Freesat ID, the box thinks about it for a while and then tells me I’m not on the internet. This is nonsense because I can access on demand perfectly well, streaming HD with no buffering. I’ve turned the box on and off, but with no luck.

    I searched the forums and found one other topic with this problem, but with no solution. Does anyone have any ideas?

    Possible server availability / load.

    Suggest you try again later outside peak hours.
