I am running UKTFAE 1.03.37 software on my FVP 5000T, is there any update in the pipeline to correct the many anomalies in this software as the more stuff I put on the slower and indecisive it gets or any tricks to speed it up a bit or even a software alternative

This was updated some time ago to v.39.
I believe that is the 4000T version and that the 5000T is on 37.
