Can anyone get me out of this please? All was well yesterday morning but when I switched on yesterday evening I just got a screen saying there was no digital signal, to check the aerial or if the TV had been moved to reset the machine. The aerial is OK, the TV has not been moved either. I left everything switched off overnight hoping it would correct itself but things are just the same this morning, no idea what to try next. Thank you.
Hi welcome to our forum. Assuming you are using the aerial loop through on the box to feed the TV. Try disconnecting the aerial in cable on the the 4000T and the aerial out connection and connect the two cables together. This will give a direct feed from the aerial to the TV. Does the TV now work using it’s own tuners ?
Is there a small box on the aerial mast close to the actual aerial ?
