My HRD-1000s is only recognizing one cable when there are two attached. From what I’ve read, a factory reset may help resolve the issue.
However, if I reset this box, will my recordings be safe, or will they be deleted?
What about shows I’ve scheduled to record, I assume they at least will need to be rescheduled?
Any help appreciated, I really don’t want to reset and then have my missus ask me where her episodes of ‘Fixer Upper’ have disappeared to
They should remain intact.
The schedule will be deleted, recordings will not be. Take a picture of what is scheduled.
