Black square on screen

    Hi all

    I’m a newbie. Have had a Humax HRD-1000S for a month of use. Today a black square with a white border has appeared on screen in the right hand lower corner. It is visible in all scenarios ie when watching live, recorded, on demand programming and when looking at the TV guide etc.

    Any idea on how to remove it?

    Could it be coming from your TV?

    PIP (Picture in Picture) tuned to a blank channel / source on the TV? How big is the square relative to the TV screen size?
