    Hi Guys,

    Don’t know if anyone can help but I’m trying to find my round my new 1100 box. The rolling programme guide is a good touch but I cannot get it to work for channel 5. On BBC, ITV and Channel 4 you can roll backwards on but channel 5 you can’t. I have to go to the on demand services and load up 5 on demand instead.

    Is this usual?

    This is usual at the moment, no idea when we will get rollback for C5.

    C5 can’t even get accurate record right so I wouldn’t hold your breath on rollback. C5 don’t have a good track record when it comes to updating their technology.
