Overnight the services carried on 5 Astra 2D transponders were scheduled to be switched over to 1N. As no parameters were changed users should not have noted anything untoward except perhaps a brief interuption during the switch.
Services on transponders 41, 42, 49, 53, and 54 were scheduled to switch.
Barry do you get advance information on when channels are moving to IN , it would be of interest of us users in Cyprus.
As when channels go to 1N they become un receivable here.

Now and again, but not all changes.
I have left one unit on V13 software so I still get the ‘pop up’ to advise me of channel additions, removals, and parameter changes.
BBC set to move off 2D to 1N on Friday 24th 0300-0500. Same frequencies so hopefully seamless. (Except for Expats in the Eastern Med).

Barry some postcode users have new ITV regions from today on different transponders. Could the removed be some sort of odd response to this. Mine will update overnight but still using Manchester postcode so my box won’t have a new ITV region.
Methinks I might have misled you all with the change reported yesterday, serves me right for not having the latest spreadsheet uploaded 😳
Think the changes were as Graham has noted in previous post.

This is probably a mistake, and you should notice it on V17/V20 units as well, it appears as the last channel in the list.
Channel added:
Chan 0979 – Freesat4 11427 H
Appears to be itvplayer – still the same shocking quality!
How bizarre
Think I will leave the update for a while till it becomes clearer what’s going on. 4OD maybe ???
