    I really don’t see how retuning the box is going to add EPG data to a channel that is already on the EPG with data, albeit limited.

    If you are receiving a channel already, why the need to retune. Just more fobbing off I think.

    That’s what I was thinking. Really don’t want to have to lose my schedule if it doesn’t solve the problem.

    Has anyone found that retuning picked up data from 5 March onward?

    Certainly has not worked on a Foxsat HDR, so not bothered trying on a HDR 1000S but will if required.

    I’ve emailed viewer services. If they get enough reports surely they’ll have another look. Until then I’ll settle for SD.

    The response -gonzo- received from Sally at ITV was the exactly same – word for word – that I received last evening. They’re obviously just issue standard replies to everyone. Still no EPG for channel 119 and I have emailed back to ITV asking for more positive information.

    I have just done a freesat tune (Like Barry) on Foxsat-hdr. Still no epg from Wednesday.

    Have ITV actually acknowledged there is a problem? They are leaving it a bit fine to sort it out. Thankfully the HDR let me set a manual timer for the footy on Wednesday evening. I think I will also record it on my Freeview PVR too just to be on the safe side.

    At the moment that would be a no, as far as they’re concerned all problems have been resolved.

    I just checked my two Boxes, 1000S and a 1010S, and there is no data showing for ITV HD after the Jeremy Kyle show scheduled for 05.05 on Wednesday morning. :(

    Does the fault lie with ITV or Humax?

    PS I’m in the London area!

    Definitely ITV. I have same of missing EPG info for ITV 1 HD from the coming Wednesday, on a Samsung Freesat television. Also currently “Record from HD” not being flagged as an alternative when selecting to record ITV 1( channel 3)from the EPG on a Humax HDR1000S.

    Just recieved another email from ITV, not too sure why they need house number/name and phone number though.

    I just received an email confirming that the channel is now operating normally, and telling me to retune. I did retune, to no effect. Have responded informing them, and suggesting they check the forums so they can see that this is under discussion.

    I did start off my post #52 with ‘Against my better judgement’ now you know why.
