InactiveThanks Jon
I’ve got the same channels too being affected. I’m in Nottinghamshire and I guess you are Derbyshire.
Have you reported your position to Humax customer services.
Regards.

Sorry to say this but thank goodness, I thought it was only me.
Do not bother reporting it to Humax as they are fully aware and dealing with the issue now and it will only result in you getting a generic reply however reporting the problem to the broadcasters affected and Arqiva may make them consider Aura users in the future and prevent this from happening again.

Can someone throw up some links to who it should be reported to?
I already posted a link on the previous page for Arqiva.
https://www.itv.com/contact/how-to-get-in-touch
as their channels seem most affected and the others I am sure you can find with a quick search yourself.

InactiveHumax sent me this a hour ago…………………..
“Thank you for the updates.
Unfortunately, we here at Support still don’t have any news from the developer team, but we know they successfully replicated the issue and working on the issue already.
I do hope we can share any news sometime soon.
Best Regards,
Humax Customer Support”

InactiveHave been away this week and recorded ITV 4 snooker. Came back and discovered black screen recordings. Weirdly, if I fast forward I can see the recording in the small preview window, but when I stop to play, it’s just black.
Trying to watch live this evening I just get a frozen, or black and intermittent screen.
I can watch ITV4 live with no problem on my Sony TV, so it’s def an Aura problem.
Am in north London.

InactiveI am having exactly the same issues on a variety of channels, picture comes on for a second or two, goes black or freezes, audio cuts in and out, signal is from the Bilsden transmitter! Have done a full factory reset, changed hdmi leads etc etc but the issues remain! My television works perfectly when the channels are viewed on that so this is definitely an issue with the Humax Aura, which in my case is just 2 years old! I wait without baited breath for Humax to release the fix!

InactiveSenior management had middle management send me this. For whatever it’s worth, given they said similar things the last times such issues happed with numerous channels & it took quite some while for them to be fixed (& the fixes caused new issues that are still unresolved to this day)
>
Regarding the channel issue, our developer team is already testing a fix, and we aim to resolve this as soon as possible. We continue working with users who provide detailed and relevant insights to support our investigation.
Should you have additional insights, please feel free to share them.

InactiveIf you recall, we the users had this problem in the autumn of last year
I first noticed it in August 2024, and they promised by end of the year there would be a fix.
I have a feeling we are having a repeat of last years problem. It has all the same symptoms we had last year with freezing pictures and black screens.
Here’s hoping this time they will give us a permanent fix.

InactiveWell if they are going to take months to fix then I think I will return this unit as getting it in the neck for buying it.

Location and hence transmitter is very possibly relevant so no cause to be sarky.
