No problems for me everything seems to be working as it should, really good machine.
Ditto, and just tested retune without issues.

InactiveThanks for the testing – it may just be a local issue of signal strength as it’s only affecting certain channels.
It’s just very strange for me that the TV that’s getting its input from the feedthrough from the Aura is not having any issues and gets a great picture and signal quality/strength (>90%, usually 100%) whereas the Aura has a 0% quality on the same channel (usually with a signal strength of >90%).

InactiveThe programme watched progress bars are working as described in the release notes and are a lot more logical now. Thanks for fixing this. I unfortunately can’t test the the updated “To be Deleted” list when HDD > 80% full based on the completely watched programmes as I have 80% free

An update on the recording pixilation which I reported in previous threads. After some external hardware testing I’ve found the Male Coax to F-Plug adaptor I use for the RF-IN had a loose component in it which could lead to a poor contact for the centre core of the cable. This has been replaced with a higher quality Labgear one. As the faulty adaptor was in from the very start of using the Aura to monitor I have reverted to my very original configuration of hardwired LAN and no variable attenuator. So far no recording pixilation issues in nearly a week.

ModeratorMy unit I leave on last public release software has also updated.
Trying to find out if roll out has commenced a week earlier then planned….more when I have it.
16:07 – Edit: Humax confirm public rollout has commenced – a little earlier then expected.

InactiveIs there a way of calling up the page showing the changes. My box has done the upgrade and the four page guide appeared but when I pressed the right arrow to read page 2 it disappeared.

No way except as a test I carried out a full system reset on one unit, this deletes everything, recordings, schedule, settings so probably not something you would want to consider.
However I did take some photo’s of the update pages (excuse the quality)

InactiveI’ve had the update as well. Looking good so far. I’ve just tried the DNLA with BubbleUpnp and MPV as the video player, it works. To be played with later.
I just hope, and not seen it so far, that the HDMI handshake problem, introduced by the last update, has been corrected. What would happen, I guess, is the clock rate was not correct and the sound effectively sounded low pitched. Only by cycling the HDMI cable connection, and/or Aura/Surround sound power, could I restore the sound.
Now let’s get the Recording playback selection sorted out.
