InactiveA tip to make the upgrade go well. Format the USB stick to fat32, switch off at the back, insert the USB stick and switch on at the back and hay presto.

InactiveOn which muxes? I’ve got friends with an HDR Fox T2 who can’t receive HD but don’t want to upgrade by USB (for strange reasons I don’t agree with, they say they don’t want to risk breaking the box). Is there ever going to be a broadcast of HD/HDR Fox T2 software on an SD mux for pre-DSO users?

InactiveBarry – is it likely there will be any future HDR FOX T2 software updates or is this product now considered by Humax as “mature”?
Thanks

Not sure if an update will be required for skyplayer when it finally launches, and I have no news on that, except to remind members there is more then one agency involved – take that as you will.

The HDR Fox T2 software 1.02.20 is NOT mature. I am still getting HDMI sync failures on an almost weekly basis. Very frustrating it is too looking at a green screen. I can’t get a picture back until the HDR Fox T2 finishes recording, no amount or combination of putting the HDR Fox T2 back into standby and/or switching off the TV helps.

ModeratorWelcome to the Forum Liz

Software updates, when broadcast, automatically overnight if unit is left in standby.
Current version is 1.02.20
You can check this by pressing Menu, Settings, System, System Information – Software version.

InactiveThanks for your quick reply Barry .. I shall just leave it on standby and check the System Information every so often to see if it has updated

ModeratorThat is quite old Liz, you do not even have the recording facility as yet.
I’ll try and find out when the next OTA is scheduled.

InactiveAs my faithful 7 yr-old 9200 is creaking a bit, I’m turning 50 (also creaking a bit), it’s Jubilee, it’s Euro 2012 and it’s the Olympics I thought I’d go HD and acquired a HDR Fox 2T.
According to this site and the Humax site the latest software is FHTCP 1.02.20, but looking in the system info of my box it says FHTCP 1.02.26
Is there another release out there somewhere? Is there a different version for the 1TB version I’ve got?

InactiveI purchased my HDR FOX T2 1TB last weekend and it to shipped with 1.02.26, I see in another thread they mentionned it wasn’t the latest version ??
