ModeratorThank you for updating us, that might be useful info for other users in future.
Edit:
Latest software version for this unit btw is 1.24.00

InactiveSoftware has just updated to version 1.26.00.
Apart from a new appstore for games I can see no changes of importance.
Certainly no updated Android version or access to Google Play!

InactiveIs there any chance this device will get an update in the future that would allow catchup services like iPlayer or ITV Hub etc?

I don’t have a H3 but assuming it’s a android device Google sideloading the app you want like BBC Iplayer.

InactiveIt might have Android underneath but it’s an all Humax interface with only their own Apps, and there aren’t many.
I was asking if this is a device that Humax is still developing and improving and releasing new software? Or is it basically a dead product now, because it’s a bit crap to be honest in it’s current state. It can’t be that hard to add iPlayer and other Apps, unless the CPU or RAM is too slow/small

InactiveI cannot get live TV from my 5000T using my H3. Message: “this channel is not available” for all channels. Any ideas?

ModeratorJust checked and working fine for me.
Try removing the 5000T as the source from the H3 then adding it again.

InactiveHello folks. I’ve tried searching and tried Humax support, they were very little help.
I have the H3 Espresso, when clicking on TVPlayer app it says Error – This content is restricted to the UK.
I am in the UK! Humax support said it could be because of my Sky.com email address, but this baffled me as you’re not required to sign in with an email address.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

InactiveMaybe your IP address is not UK based?
If you go to a website like https://www.iplocation.net/ it will tell you where your IP address appears to be from.

InactiveI’ve just got my H3 out of the cupboard and I’m afraid it’s giving the same error message as you. I doublt Humax are supporting it anymore so it might be junk tech now

That’s a shame, not even sure I’d have used that app anyway, was more curious than anything.
It’s a shame they don’t support it anymore, I was going to buy another couple of Espressos for the other bedrooms. Bizarre that nothing else yet competes with Sky Q for multi room viewing!
