Have a look here :-
This “seems” complicated. Could someone go though the steps but how you would actually do it on the aura directly?
I’m not going to deny it’s not complicated and you do have lots of steps to follow:
1) Install Kodi on Humax Aura
2) Install Netflix addon to Kodi
3) Extract ESN from Netflix Addon.
4) Follow steps on XDA article
4a) Download and extract APK
4b) Edit file with code from XDA article
4c) Add your ESN into the file (Might need to modify ESN slightly, took me 6 attempts to get it working!)
4d) Recompile the APK file
4e) Update Signature on file
5) Install “TV File Transfer” onto Humax Aura
6) Install “TV File Transfer” onto mobile phone
7) Copy APK file (from 4e) onto mobile phone (Using Google Drive)
Use “TV File Transfer” to send APK to Humax Aura9) Install APK
10) Log into Netflix and ready to go.

InactiveI still want someone to try out post 30 since I’m calculated and want the profile of the Aura box, whether it shows All4 and whether the Nvidia Netflix works on the Aura box by spoofing. That was the carrot to get the rest
.

InactiveBtw mattb1 instructions look good… just need someone to give me the intel on the box’s behaviour with spoofing store of how it sees it and the apps on the box.

Sorry. How do I do point 2? How do you find Netflix add on from within Kodi? I have tried a search but finds nothing so I can’t be doing it correctly.

Inactiveeveryone hope your all well
I have a slight issue and was wondering if you could help.
Iv downloaded a file manager viewer on the box and inserted my usb, everything shows up and I am able to play my files from the usb,
My issue is when I try to transfer/copy my files from the usb onto the 1tb internal harddrive it doesn’t seem to let me, everytime I try to copy onto it it gives a error message about “READ ME ONLY” or something along those lines, im guessing its got to do with the box not being Rooted.
Is there a way around this? A certain software to download? Should I replace the harddrive?
One of the main reasons for me buying this box was so that I could use the function to copy from a external usb to my internal harddrive, I mean it is a android box at the end of the day . Please help or advice me on what I should do

I’m not sure what you mean?
I just followed the instructions on XDA developers, here is the modified file for the Aura:

InactiveThis APK still isn’t a perfect solution though. Some films come through with no 5.1 decoding, and the picture quality seems slightly soft. If I switch to my nVidia Shield and play the same stream the image is much sharper, and the sound is always 5.1.
This is through a Denon AVR1909 to a Sony 1080p TV, so it’s not a resolution difference.

InactiveI got my ESN from Kodi, but it didn’t work
I used the Netflix Certification Bypass Patcher in the end see XDA thread, this set the ESN to something I would never have found by trial and error.

InactiveTOP LINE: NETFLIX ANDROID APP DOES NOT WORK WITH THE HUMAX AURA.
Just registered here to update for anyone else trying to get Netflix on their Aura.
I went through all the instructions here:https://howtomediacenter.com/en/install-netflix-kodi-addon/
The app loads okay but comes up with a 404 error, it seems Netflix are now blocking access based on the hardware signature, so we’re stuffed.
