Thank you for contacting Humax, I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing with your Humax equipment. We are aware of the issue, this is being looked into by Humax, though I will need to check the firmware, press the Freeview / home button > settings > Freeview play preferences > system settings > system information, send me the firmware version.
I then sent on my fw version to which they replied with:
Hi James
Your device is up to date, I will pass this on for further updates on the fix for the issue you are experiencing.
