    An update: Iuri from Customer Support sent me instructions as to how I need to do a reset. However, when I tried it again, before going through that list, everything was working normally. It seems to have righted itself. (Or those nice people at Humax have sorted it.)

    Ahhh, the good old “reset your box” (because we don’t actually know what the problem is) advice from Humax.
