InactiveMy aura is the same, able to watch the channel via the app, but not via the aura. I have just made a test recording for a few minutes, and this doesn’t play, but if you fast forward at least X4, you do see the recording as a series of stills, and increasing to X8 gives a much better flow.

InactiveJust trying the backwards catchup and it is working as per grahamlthompsons post.
Many thanks to all of you for your input….thought it was only me with the issue but appears a few of you are having it.
Hopefully a solution will be forthcoming

Also, there was no engineering work on my transmitter: https://www.freeview.co.uk/corporate/platform-management/planned-engineering-works
And, it was viewable via the app so there was clearly no signal problem.

ParticipantMissed the point 8O. Others may get similar from today and confuse one with the other. And those with the symptoms could get other channels affected as well.
It’s a pretty surprising coincidence.

Since Wednesday I have had a very strange issue.
channel 068 Horror channel.
I was series recording Star Trek enterprise. Wednesdays edition seemed to record, but when I tried to play it I just had a black screen, even though I could fast forward etc.
The strange part is that when moving through it the thumbnail images were still there, suggesting it had actually recorded.
If I now go to the channel it also presents just a black screen.
I have done a full factory reset and it is still the same.
Any ideas?

You need to wait till Humax have the chance to investigate. You can still view the channel using either the box media server on mobile kit or on a PC using VLC.
If your PC/laptop has vlc or your mobile device has chromecast capability on your TV.
Need to know what other kit you have other than the Aura.

InactiveI have this exact problem TV and 2 other freeview STB all ok on channel 68 but Aura has no picture or sound.
