    I’m also experiencing this issue and I have Sky broadband and phone. I tried all the usual switching off, router re-booting yesterday evening, but to no avail.

    I turned the box on this morning and the on-demand services were back. Happiness was short-lived, however, as it’s not working again now :(

    Fingers crossed, it’s started working for me again now. The box was in standby for a while and after 5-minutes on BBC One, On Demand finally connected again for the first time in days. Hopefully this means they’ve got to the root of the issue and it’ll stay fixed. Thanks everyone :)

    On Demand and Showcase returned for me, also unit now connecting to IP for initial download of EPG.

    EPG channel icons still plain text – Edit some updated as I posted this.

    Try putting unit into standby, wait 5 minutes then reboot.

    Its been in standby for most of the day. I just turned it on from standby when I read the posts on this forum that they were both back for some users.

    Just rechecked mine and its back again (without being in standby first). No sign of any updates yet though.

    I also have this problem with the Humax & Sky combination.

    I have done a factory reset on the box, and I am able to access the IPlayer via Showcase, but I can’t access On Demand via the menu (I get “link is not currently available).

    Same time frame (2-3 days).

    Is this most likely a Sky problem or a Humax problem?

    Has anyone spoken to Sky?

    Didn’t actually try an app. I also still get the link not working message (or whatever it said) (tried iplayer & youtube)

    Mine wasn’t as of 5mins ago…’incorrect link’ (after being in standby for over 5mins). Will leave it in standby overnight so hopefully sorted in the morning.
