This will look hard to understand apart from the channel name and the channel number and it’s name. The H and the stands for Horizontal and vertical polarisation.

Simple explanation is only if you have two working tuners and no problems with the cabling can you record two channels on the list at the same time that dont have the same frequcy in the third entry like

Try opening a windows App like notepad

Type some text. higlight in blue, Crt+ C to copy to the windows clipboard Open a reply to a forum post and post crtl +V to get how it works.

I must admit I didn’t want to look stupid when I didn’t understand what an “f” connector was – thanks for the link haha!! Although i don’t understand what your last post was about (all the listings).
